Another Brilliant Session at Intersport Run Reigate Run Club - Week 5
Another fabulous session last night for our Run Reigate Running Club – we had nearly 50 runners, which is a brilliant turn out!
After a great and thorough warm up from the lovely Emma (Reigate Ladies Joggers) we headed off round the park to get some clear open space. Last night Cat (TeamMama) upped the intensity and really pushed you all hard with some all important strength circuits (with a few cheeky hill sprints thrown in!). We focused on all the key muscle groups in upper body, lower body and also those crucial, and often neglected, core muscles!
Not only is this helping to build strength, but it is also helping with balance, core strength, stability and endurance. Perfect for all us runners!!
We finished, as always, with our timed run. Everyone was incredible and really pushed their absolute hardest and smashing those times! Well done everyone.
