Please see below for some of the most commonly asked questions ahead of Run Reigate. More information can be found here or you can contact us here.

How and when will I get my Race Pack?

Race Packs are posted at the end of August, so expect to receive them from early September. If you haven’t received anything by the 9th September please let us know.

If you chose to pick up your pack from Simply Sports they will be available from the 5th September.

If you cannot remember if you selected postage or pick up you chan check your order receipt here, login and go to My Area > Your Orders.

I'm injured or sick and won't be able to run. Can I defer or get a refund?

As with the vast majority of races, we cannot offer a refund for any of the races. You can, however, defer your place to next year as long as you email us before race day. Please note there is a £15 fee to defer your place to 2020, this fee covers processing and event costs we have already paid for.

Can I transfer my place to a different distance or runner?

Yes, you can transfer your distance by emailing us at info@runreigate.com

To transfer your entry to another runner can be easily done, by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your registration here
  2. Go to “My Area” and then “Your Orders”
  3. Click on “Signed up” next to the race you want to transfer
  4. Click “Change Owner”, this is where you enter the details of who will take your place
  5. You are finished. The person you have transferred to will then get an email prompting them to enter their details.

Please note: Never swap your race number with any other runner, as this could cause problems for our medical teams and results service. If race organisers become aware of anyone who swaps their race number they will be disqualified and reported to British Athletics.
