The Run Reigate Half Marathon, 10k, 5k and Canon Kids Race will take place on Sunday 16th September 2018.

10k: STARTS 9.00am SHARP
Half Marathon: STARTS 9.15am SHARP
5k: STARTS 9.25am SHARP
Please arrive by 8am to ensure you have time to put your belongings in the Spire bag drop marquee, use the toilets and familiarise yourself with the Event Village and the start line. Breakfast, tea, coffee and other refreshments will be available at the Event Village from 7.30am.
Half Marathon Pacers
Xempo will be providing pacers for the half marathon this year. The pacers will be pacing the following time targets:
- Sub 1 hour 30 minutes - to be found in the white start pen
- Sub 1 hour 40 minutes - to be found in the white start pen
- Sub 1 hour 50 minutes - to be found in the yellow start pen
- Sub 2 hours - to be found in the purple start pen
- Sub 2 hours 10 minutes - to be found it the orange start pen
- Sub 2 hours 20 minutes - to be found in the orange start pen
Reigate is just a few minutes from junction 8 of the London orbital M25 motorway, and is served by the A25 from Dorking, and the A217 from Gatwick. If you are planning to drive we ask that you car share where possible.

To assist drivers we have secured just over 1,800 parking spaces with local Reigate businesses, all are within a 5-10 minute walk from Priory Park and the Start Line. The cost to park is £3.00 for the full day - all proceeds from the car parks will go directly to our charity partners who will be collecting at the gates.

Reigate is served by Reigate Station, with direct trains to London Victoria and London Bridge at peak times, and to Gatwick Airport, Reading and Redhill at off-peak times. Redhill Station is a major interchange station with frequent trains serving London, Brighton and other routes. Up-to-date timetables can be found on the National Rail website.
Access and parking
The public car park at Priory Park will be closed to the general public on the event day, however there are various other car parks located around Reigate with disabled bays available on a first come first served basis.
Priory Park will have adequate disabled toilet facilities.
Toilets & changing facilities
There will be toilet facilities at various locations in Priory Park, including the event village, adjacent to the Event Village, within the Café and along both routes. There will be no changing facilities so please arrive ready to run.
The Spire bag drop will be open from 7:30am until 2:00pm in the event village. All runners can deposit one bag on the day free of charge, and bags can be collected after the race upon presentation of your race number.
Pre-event warm up
There will be a warm-up for all runners. Runners will be encouraged to group on the grass area in front of the start to take part. The start funnel is accessible from this area.
Half Marathon and 10k first aid / medical provision
There will be a strong presence from our medical providers at various points along both route and in Priory Park near the start/finish. If at any time during the race you feel unable to continue, please stop, rest and locate the nearest marshal.
Medical teams will be on hand around the course as well as at the start and finish areas. The medical tent will be situated near the finish line and run-off area.
It is vital that you ensure the medical information on the back of your runner number has been completed. It is your responsibility to inform the organisers if you have any special medical conditions.
It is our intention wherever possible to keep the roads open to minimise inconvenience and disruption for local residents and businesses. A number of small part-road and junction closures will apply for short periods on a rolling basis. This means that the section of road or junction will be re-opened immediately after the last runner passes through to allow free flow of traffic.
Race time limit
Our marshals will be stood down from midday, however all runners are encouraged to continue running, every finisher will be chip timed. Any runner still on route after midday will be given the option of a lift to the finish line if they're struggling to complete the distance.
results, winners and prizes
Your official chip time will be sent to you by SMS as soon as you finish. Results are available on a printed ticket at our results booths in Priory Park and will be published on the results page of our website shortly after the race.
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place male and female runners in the Half Marathon and 10K.
The prize presentation ceremony will take place at 11:45 midday near the finish line.
Race photos will be available approximately two days after the race in our gallery.
