Run Reigate are committed to helping runners train for the Reigate Half Marathon Surrey, Reigate 10k race and Reigate 5k race. Whether you’re running your first 5k, or aiming for a PB in the half marathon, it’s helpful to start with a training plan to keep you on track. In partnership with a running specific trainer and coach, we’ve created various training plans to help you prepare for Run Reigate see below.
Run Reigate Run Club is back for 2019, starting on the 18th July. We invite you to join us every Thursday for 8 weeks from 7:30pm-8:30pm for a FREE training session. This year Reigate Ladies Joggers have volunteered to coordinate and deliver these sessions in collaboration with a selection of local running groups & PT’s. Be sure to check our Facebook and Twitter for more information!
If you’re serious about getting fitter and improving your times it’s also worth thinking about joining a local running club. The expert knowledge and social aspect of training with others will help keep you motivated. We have outlined some of our local favourite running clubs further down this page.
