Our ever popular Run Club is back!
Not only are we Back As One for the main event in September but we are also back with our popular Run Club. With 6 sessions in our beautiful Priory Park, Reigate over July and August, we will be focused on FUN, FITNESS and TECHNIQUE. It is open to all runners whether this is your first ever event or you are a seasoned race runner. There will be something for everyone.
Each week will be led by one of our fabulous local running clubs, check out the program:
22nd July – Drills, Core & Stability, the ABC of running led by Totally Mama
29th July – Endurance Intervals with the Horley Harriers
5th August – The experienced RPAC team take you through Pacing & Running Economy
12th August – Try out Oregon Circuits – tempo running and targeted strength training with Earlswood Running Club
19th August – Personify Fitness take you through good running form and how to strengthen to your personal running needs
26th August – Last, but never least, get ready for ‘that hill’ with Hill training led by Go Fitness

We’re also excited to be joined by our partner On at EVERY session where you can trial a pair of their fabulous Run on Clouds shoes and meet the experienced On team. Our local sports store Simply Sports will also be there every week offering their expertise and advice.
Each week we’ll also be joined by various partners offering advice from nutrition to gait analysis, injury management and free samples from the likes of Wagamama, Sports Barista and Spire Gatwick Park, even a free beer from Pilgrim Brewery to celebrate the last session!

This year, we hope you understand that we need to cover our costs after the last difficult 18 months, so we are introducing a small charge of £6 per session with discounts to be snapped up if you sign up for 4 or more (see below). We’re sure you won’t be disappointed.
